Terms of Participation:
1. Introduction
MyDirtyHobby is organizing the AMATEUR OF THE YEAR COMPETITION 2020 (hereinafter “Competition”), in accordance with the following Terms of Participation, who will be posted and constantly updated during the Competition on MyDirtyHobby’s Social Media Channels:

· Twitter: https://twitter.com/mydirtyhobby
It is clarified that Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube do not associate, manage, promote or enhance this particular Competition, in any way.
2. Duration
The Competition runs from December 1st, 2020, 00:00 GMT+1 to January 3rd, 2021 23:59 GMT+1.
It is explicitly stated that any and all entries made after the expiration of the Competition will be void.
3. Prizes:
There will be 50 winning Participants. The top 50 Participants with the highest numbers of votes will be the winners of the Competition and depending on the number of votes by MyDirtyHobby users, the Participants will be assigned a Rank between 1 and 50, with Rank 1 being the Participant having the highest number of votes by MyDirtyHobby users from those 50 Participants and Rank 50 being the Participant having the lowest number of votes by MyDirtyHobby users from those 50 Participants.
a. Rank 1: €4.000,00 plus:
Exclusive cover designs of your MyDirtyHobby profile in MyDirtyHobby website;
1 Personalized mailer campaign to promote you to our Users;
1 Snapchat Takeover of MyDirtyHobby’s Snapchat account;
1 Exclusive live show in MyDirtyHobby’s account in MyDirtyHobby’s website;
1 professional photoshooting
Booth spot at Venus Berlin Show 2021 (if COVID-19 regulations permit)
Featured on the homepage of MyDirtyHobby website
*The offer of a one-year Exclusive contract is at the discretion of MDH
b. Rank 2: €2.000,00 plus:
1 Snapchat Takeover of MyDirtyHobby’s Snapchat account;
1 Exclusive live show in MyDirtyHobby’s account in MyDirtyHobby’s website;
1 Personalized mailer campaign to promote you to our Users;
Booth spot at Venus Berlin Show 2021 (if COVID-19 regulations permit)

c. Rank 3: €1.000,00 plus:
1 Snapchat Takeover of MyDirtyHobby’s Snapchat account;
1 Exclusive live show in MyDirtyHobby’s account in MyDirtyHobby’s website;

d. Rank 4-9: €500,00.
e. Rank 10-50: €100,00.
4. Rules for Participation:
a. Only MyDirtyHobby verified Amateurs (Performers) are eligible to participate in the Competition.
b. The profiles of the Participants who have entered in the Competition will be available for voting by users of the MyDirtyHobby. The 50 Participants with the highest numbers of votes will be the winners of the Competition and depending on the number of votes, the Participants will be assigned a Rank between 1 and 50, with Rank 1 being the Participant having the highest number of votes from those 50 Participants and Rank 50 being the Participant having the lowest number of votes from those 50 Participants.
c. The number of votes a user can have depends on the amount of DirtyCents (“DC”) purchased by such user as per below:
· purchase of DCs worth €25 or above but below €50 = 1 vote
· purchase of DCs worth €50 or above but below €75 = 2 votes
· purchase of DCs worth €75 or above but below €100 = 4 votes
· purchase of DCs worth €100 or above but below €150 = 5 votes
· purchase of DCs worth €150 or above but below €200 = 9 votes
· purchase of DCs worth €200 = 12 votes
· purchase of DCs worth above €200 = 15 votes
There is no limit in how many times a user can vote for a specific Participant.
d. Voting can only take place inside the profile page of the Participant in www.mydirtyhobby.com / www.mydirtyhobby.de.
e. Participants need to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority if the age of majority in your location is greater than 18).
f. Participants are explicitly prohibited from communicating with users of MyDirtyHobby in order to promise and/or offer and/or suggest to users favors, meetings or any other services or actions in return for votes. Any communication of this nature will automatically disqualify the Participant from the Competition and forfeit the winning prize.
5. Winner announcement
a. The winners will be announced on all of MyDirtyHobby’s Social Media Channels.
b. MyDirtyHobby reserves the right to communicate through its representatives directly with the Participants who have won on their personal Facebook account/page and/or Instagram account and/or Twitter account and/or via the MyDirtyHobby website or via the email the winner Participants have provided to MyDirtyHobby during their registration as Performer.
c. Winners will be announced on January 11th, 2021.
d. The win of a Participant at any stage and even at the receipt of the prize may be invalidated/cancelled/voided/disqualified for the following reasons:
i. If, for whatever reason, the winner Participant does not fully accept these Terms of Participation as a whole, which are all considered essential, in which case, the Participant that is immediately next in line in the rank that is lower than the rank of the disqualified Participant will get the prize of the disqualified Participant;
ii. If, for any reason, the attempt to communicate with the winner Participant after 24 hours is unsuccessful, in which case, the Participant that is immediately next in line in the rank that is lower than the rank of the disqualified Participant will get the prize of the disqualified Participant;
iii. if for any reason the winner Participant does not appear or appears late in receiving the prizes, in which case, the Participant that is immediately next in line in the rank that is lower than the rank of the disqualified Participant will get the prize of the disqualified Participant;
iv. If the winner Participant has been found to have communicated with a user of MyDirtyHobby in order to promise and/or offer and/or suggest to such user favors, meetings or any other services or actions in return for votes, in which case, the Participant that is immediately next in line in the rank that is lower than the rank of the disqualified Participant will get the prize of the disqualified Participant
v. For any other reason decided by MyDirtyHobby at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide any reason or justification for such action to the winner.
6. Communication with Participants and Winners
MyDirtyHobby reserves the right to communicate through its representative directly with the Participants and winners on their personal Facebook account/page and/or Instagram account and/or Twitter account at any time during the Competition.
7. Cancellation/ Termination of Competition
MyDirtyHobby may cancel or terminate the Competition, even after a winner has been selected, for any reason decided by MyDirtyHobby at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide any reason or justification for such action.
MyDirtyHobby reserves the right to remove and/or disqualify a Participant at any point of the Competition, even after a Participant is among the 50 winning Participants, without any obligation to provide any reason or justification for such action.
8. Jurisdiction
The Competition and its Terms of Participation and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Cyprus.
The Performer and MyDirtyHobby irrevocably agree that the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this content and its Terms of Participation or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
